This free 1-month long program is a beginner-level program that puts a heavy emphasis on core work and can be done at home.
Even if you are not interested in the exercise program itself. I have included a few pages worth of exercise and fitness tips that you will find useful. This program will give you an idea of what to expect when you sign up for personal training with me. You will find that the program is laid out in a way that it is easy to understand and execute. It contains a detailed description of how to do each exercise along with a link to a video demonstration.
I know that other trainers would be more than happy to charge for such a program. But I take pride in the fact that each and every program that I give to my clients is tailored to their specific needs and goals. Every single program that I write is optimal for the person I wrote it for, so this general program is a freebie.
